A purchase made in the online store may be withdrawn from without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to withdraw
- Before the 14-day deadline expires, send an e-mail to kengur.est@gmail.com.
- In the e-mail, state:
- your name;
- your order number;
- which goods you are returning;
- whether you want to withdraw from the entire purchase or from part of it.
- We confirm receipt of the withdrawal notice by e-mail, noting the goods being returned and the date of withdrawal.
- Pack the goods securely and send them within 14 days of submitting the notice, as a parcel — via a parcel locker/parcel point or a postal service. We will communicate the return address and a suitable shipping method in the confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The goods cannot be brought in person: there is no point of sale and no goods acceptance point.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. If the goods do not match the order (wrong or defective goods), the cost of return is borne by the online store — contact us before sending.
Condition of the returned goods
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may examine the goods as you would be able to in an ordinary shop. If the goods have been used more than necessary for checking them, a portion corresponding to the reduction in the value of the goods may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Refund
We refund the amounts paid (including the cost of delivering the goods) within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice, but no later than receipt of the goods back or proof of their dispatch. We refund using the same payment method you used.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the buyer’s custom order or in accordance with the buyer’s personal needs, or to other goods listed in the law.
Condition of a used device
The condition of used devices is indicated by a label next to the product:

The condition label describes appearance only. The devices are functional unless the product description states otherwise: all deviations in operation (e.g. a non-working USB port or webcam) and any other characteristics of the particular unit are listed in that device’s description.
Defects and deviations named in the product description are not grounds for a claim or the seller’s warranty — the buyer was informed of them before concluding the contract and agreed to them. They do not limit the right of withdrawal: within the 14 days the goods can still be returned; in that case the buyer bears the return costs.
